Alltru Credit Union Appoints Vice President of Talent and Culture

ST. LOUIS, MO (Feb. 6, 2026) – Kacie Alexander, former Director of Employee Experience at Alltru Credit Union, assumed the role of Vice President of Talent and Culture on January 30, 2026.
Since joining Alltru in 2014, Alexander has demonstrated her commitment to the mission and purpose of the credit union. She began her career as an Executive Assistant before transitioning into human resources as the Employee Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2024 before a promotion to the Director of Employee Experience in 2024.
Under her leadership, Alexander guided the credit union to earn the Great Place to Work® designation for four consecutive years, reflecting strong employee trust, engagement, and workplace satisfaction. Alexander holds the SHRM Certified Professional credential, further enhancing her ability to develop strategic initiatives that drive employee commitment and organizational growth.

Through Alexander’s work, Alltru Credit Union introduced a Paid Parental Leave program and Adoption Assistance program, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to supporting employees and their families. In her most recent role, Alexander expanded the employee perks and benefits strategy with innovative enhancements including Pet Bereavement Leave, Future Focus Paid Time Off for educational advancement, Compassion Care Paid Leave to support elder care and responsibilities, and Remote Recharge to promote flexibility, well-being, and work-life balance for Alltru employees.”
Alexander is passionate about leading employees to engage in honest dialogue with their employer. Through these efforts, she led the implementation of TINYpulse, an employee engagement platform that amplifies employee voice and delivers actionable insights, and championed the Dress for Your Day Appearance Policy to support flexibility, comfort, and authenticity in the workplace. She also established the Agents of Engagement employee committee to strengthen inclusion, collaboration, and grassroots employee engagement across the organization. In her new role, Alexander will continue to lead efforts to create a healthy and engaged workplace that impacts its employees and community.
