St. Charles Regional Chamber Foundation
The St. Charles Regional Chamber Foundation, established in August of 2025, is a not for-profit 501(c)(3) organization with an affiliation with the St. Charles Regional Chamber.
The Chamber's Foundation will enhance the our ability to strengthen the community through charitable giving, expanded partnerships, and mission-driven programming.
This venture allows the Chamber to accept tax-deductible donations, pursue grant funding, and develop new streams of support that directly contribute to the economic vitality and quality of life in the St. Charles region.
Purpose and Mission
The Foundation’s work centers on raising and investing funds for two primary purposes:
- Providing financial support for community projects in the Greater St. Charles area.
- Advancing initiatives in education and workforce development, entrepreneurship, redevelopment and revitalization, community planning, and overall well-being.
Areas of Impact
As the charitable arm of the Chamber, the Foundation will focus on high-priority community needs, which could include:
- Workforce development & education: programs to attract and retain talent, upskill the workforce, and prepare future leaders
- Entrepreneurship & small business support: resources and initiatives to help businesses start, grow, and thrive
- Redevelopment & revitalization: enhancing neighborhoods and business districts
- Community planning & general well-being initiatives: projects that strengthen public spaces, promote quality of life, and foster a vibrant, connected community
Governance and Community Partnership
The Foundation will be governed by an independent Board of Directors and will work in close partnership with the Chamber to identify priorities and ensure transparency. By aligning philanthropic investment with community needs, the Foundation provides individuals, families, and businesses with a meaningful way to give back while contributing to the region’s growth and success.
