FREE Basic Members - Conditions of Membership
In consideration for my membership herein, I hereby agree to the St. Charles Regional Chamber’s collection and use of certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, my e-mail address, first and last name, phone number, address, and other contact information. The St. Charles Regional Chamber is hereby authorized to use said personally identifiable information to contact me with newsletters, and other marketing or promotional materials. Unsubscribing from Chamber & Business News and FREE Basic Marketing Drip will terminate the FREE Basic Membership.
Automatic Payment Requirement for Monthly Memberships
Members who choose to pay their St. Charles Regional Chamber membership dues on a monthly basis must enroll in automatic payments using either ACH (bank transfer) or a credit/debit card. This ensures uninterrupted membership benefits and reduces administrative processing.
By selecting the monthly payment option, the member authorizes the St. Charles Regional Chamber to automatically charge the designated payment method on the agreed-upon billing date each month. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
Photo Release
I grant the St. Charles Regional Chamber permission to use my likeness in photograph(s)/video in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by the St. Charles Regional Chamber, in perpetuity, and for other use by the St. Charles Regional Chamber, including but not limited to use in promotional/marketing materials for the purpose of publicizing St. Charles Regional Chamber’s programs, or for any other lawful purpose, without payment or any other compensation.
Event Refund Policy
The St. Charles Regional Chamber understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our members and guests whenever possible. Please review our event refund policy below:
Event Cancellation & Credit Requests
- Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a credit toward a future Chamber event.
- Credits will be applied to the same individual or business that made the original purchase and must be used within the same calendar year of issuance.
No Refunds for Credit Card Purchases
- All event purchases made with a credit card are non-refundable.
- If a credit is issued, it may be applied to a future event but cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
- If you do not attend the event and have not canceled at least five (5) days in advance, no credit or refund will be issued.
Event Cancellations by the Chamber
- In the rare event that the St. Charles Regional Chamber cancels an event, registrants will receive the option of a full credit or refund, regardless of the original payment method.
