CCRB Releases Request for Proposals for Strategic Planning Consultant
ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO — The Community and Children’s Resource Board of St. Charles County (CCRB) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking an experienced strategic planning consultant to guide the organization through a comprehensive planning process. The selected consultant will bring added capacity and leadership to support the development of a strategic plan that will shape CCRB’s future work and funding framework. The planning process will begin in late summer 2026 and conclude in spring 2027, resulting in a three‑year strategic plan that aligns CCRB’s resources, initiatives, and goals with its long‑term vision. CCRB intends to select one organization to lead this effort. As an independent political subdivision, the CCRB requires a consultant who can operate in an environment where meetings may be open to the public when a quorum of the Board of Directors is present.
All proposals must be electronically submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on May 8, 2026. Late, hand-delivered, or mailed submissions will not be accepted.
