Clement Auto Group Expanding St. Charles Presence with New $15.5M Service Center

St. Charles, MO – July 25, 2025 Construction is now underway on Clement Auto Group’s newest development. A groundbreaking took place on Friday, July 25th at 11:00 AM at the project site: 3707 Veterans Memorial Parkway, between the Zumbehl and Cave Springs exits. The $15.5 million, 63,360 sq.-ft. state-of-the-art service center is located along the I-70 corridor in St. Charles, Missouri. This marks another major milestone in Clement’s continued expansion across the Greater St Louis area.

Clement Service Center is designed to house advanced service bays, an industry-leading collision center, and expanded capacity for automotive maintenance and repairs, meeting the region’s growing demand and reinforcing Clement’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

The development is projected to generate $90.2 million in economic impact in its first year, support 120 new jobs, and yield $120 million in tax revenue for the community over the next decade. The project began in June 2025 and is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2026.

This build follows the successful opening earlier this year of the tri-state region’s most significant used car investment in decades, Clement Supercenter, a $13.5 million facility featuring a premier 12,100 sq.-ft. state-of-the-art preowned dealership spanning two city blocks, just a block east of the new service center site.
