Mike Winslow Serves as Juror for 2026 Congressional Art Competition
The 3rd Congressional District of Missouri, led by the Honorable Bob Onder, has announced the results of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition. Mike Winslow, CPP, served as the juror for this year’s entries, bringing his professional expertise to the selection process as the district evaluated a wide range of local talent.
The top honor was awarded to Brooklyn Whited, a senior high school student, for her work titled Enduring Foundations. The piece was selected for its technical execution and a narrative that resonates with the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.
As the winning entry, the artwork will be transported to Washington, D.C., where it will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol building for the duration of the next year. This annual competition highlights the creative contributions of students across the region, providing them a platform to showcase their work on a national stage.
