O’Fallon and St. Charles Named Among Most Livable Small Cities by SmartAsset
ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO — O’Fallon and St. Charles, Missouri, have been ranked among SmartAsset’s Most Livable Small Cities for 2025, highlighting their strong local economies, affordable housing, and excellent community services.
O’Fallon ranked #4 nationwide, with low unemployment (1.9%), affordable housing (17.8% of median income), and 96.7% health insurance coverage. St. Charles placed #10, with a 1.6% unemployment rate, housing costs at 20.5% of income, and top-tier healthcare access.
