Scheduling Requirements
Ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings may be scheduled Tuesday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Applications must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested event date. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please do not plan your ceremony on the same day as a recurring Chamber event.
Eligibility
Ribbon cuttings are available for:
- New Businesses or Relocations: Within six months of opening or relocating.
- Significant Expansions or Renovations: Within six months of completion.
- New Ownership or Management: Within six months of the transition.
- Storefront Businesses: Home-based businesses may contact the Chamber to discuss possible off-site ribbon-cutting opportunities.
- Milestone Anniversaries: Celebrating 10, 25, 50 or 100 years in business.
